Wencor Group Announces Leadership Changes
Atlanta, GA - August 3, 2016
Wencor Group (“Wencor” or “the Company”) today announced the appointment of Christopher B. Curtis as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) effective August 1st. Mr. Curtis assumes the role from Michael Pulick, who has served as interim CEO of the Company since January 2016.

Mr. Curtis is a seasoned global executive, having spent two decades at Schneider Electric in a variety of leadership roles, including as President and Chief Executive Officer of North America and Executive Vice President of the Buildings Business division. During his time with Schneider, Mr. Curtis successfully oversaw a number of critical divisions, achieving significant growth across market segments and geographies. Prior to Schneider, he served in roles with increasing responsibility at several manufacturing companies.

Additionally, Shawn Trogdon, who currently serves as the Company’s Global Controller, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Trogdon was previously Global Controller at Wesco Aircraft Holdings, a public aircraft parts distributor with over $1.4 billion of annual sales, prior to that he held various positions at Landmark Aviation and Grant Thornton. He replaces Joseph Giordano III, who will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities.
